Week 01–02Connector spec sheets, cut-length schedules, terminal table, manufacturing drawing pack. Ready for build at your shop or ours.
Week 02–03Test-rig layout, compliance review against IPC/WHMA-A-620. Revisions handled in the model, not in PDF markup.
Week 03+Routing, BOMs, spec sheets, manufacturing drawings, test-rig layouts — all derived from one 3D model. When the model changes, the pack regenerates. No CAD-to-PDF-to-Excel round-trip. No revision drift.
Connector list, sample drawing, target build date. We respond inside one working day with a feasibility note and an indicative timeline.
