Brief to drawing pack in weeks.

Four phases. The deliverables at each phase are the same artefacts your shop and your QA function expect. The speed comes from the tool, not from skipping steps.

    Brief intake

    Connector list, ICDs, vehicle layout, target build dates. We baseline against your existing pack if you have one.

    3D route in CAD

    Harness routed in the assembly, service loops and bend radii resolved against real geometry. First-pass BOM generated.

    Drawing-pack release

    Connector spec sheets, cut-length schedules, terminal table, manufacturing drawing pack. Ready for build at your shop or ours.

    Test + revisions

    Test-rig layout, compliance review against IPC/WHMA-A-620. Revisions handled in the model, not in PDF markup.

Software

The model is the source of truth.

Routing, BOMs, spec sheets, manufacturing drawings, test-rig layouts — all derived from one 3D model. When the model changes, the pack regenerates. No CAD-to-PDF-to-Excel round-trip. No revision drift.
